The director of a company is allegedly facing allegations of cheating Supply the fake aircraft parts to the airlines globally.
Jose Alejandro Zamora Yala, who was running the UK -based AOG Technics, is accused of cheating customers according to the Serious Fraud Office (SFO). AOG Technics’ Customers included airlinesMaintenance firm, and parts suppliers.
In 2023, after the UK Civil Aviation Authority, United States Federal Aviation Administration, and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency, after purchasing or establishing parts from AOG techniques buying or establishing airlines, aircraft were placed in Britain and worldwide.
From 2019 to 2023, the company allegedly denied the documentation that is related to the origin, position or status of the aircraft parts.
Zamora Yara will accuse the Westminster Magistrate Court of fake trading on 2 June.
SFO director Nick Fgrav said: “The aircraft was made the base, and the cause of significant disruption, today’s allegations are the results of a concentrated and rapid book investigation.
“I am proud that we have worked fast with our European colleagues, to bring this important case to charge only 19 months.”
A spokesperson of the UK Civil Aviation Authority said: “We welcome the progress made by the serious fraud office in the investigation of AOG Technics.
“In August 2023, we worked rapidly to alert Britain’s aviation organizations for a possible supply of unpublished parts and worked with international regulators to protect aviation safety. We continue to support SFOs and are committed to maintaining the highest security standards.”
