Mahindra & Mahindra Chairman Anand Mahindra often makes headlines for encouraging young talent and the automotive industry in the country. The business tycoon is once again in the spotlight when he offered a brand new Thar to cricketer Sarfaraz Khan’s father Noshad Khan.

The decision comes as cricketer Anil Kumble dons a Test cap for the first time and all credit goes to his inspirational father-cum-coach. He also received public appreciation after a sensational run on his Test debut against England. Unfortunately, however, he was dismissed due to a wrong call by fellow finishing batsman Ravinder Jadeja.
