Farmers protesting at two border points between Punjab and Haryana will resume their “Delhi Chalo” march today after government agencies rejected the Centre’s proposal to procure pulses, maize and cotton at MSP for five years. .
Thousands of farmers, who started their march towards Delhi on February 13, were stopped at the Haryana border, where they clashed with security personnel. Farmers have since been camping at Shambhu and Khanauri points between Punjab and Haryana.

Farmer Protest Live Updates: Union Agriculture Minister Arjun Munda invited farmers for the fifth round of talks.
Mr Munda posted on Twitter, “After the fourth round, the government is ready to discuss all the issues like MSP, crop diversification, stubble issue, FIR in the fifth round. I again invite the farmer leaders for discussion. This is important for us.” To maintain peace.”
