Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha paid tribute to the falling heroes on the eve of “Kargil Vijay Day”.
In his message, the Lieutenant Governor recalled the brilliant valor and sacrifice of the armed forces during India’s victory in 1999, which is also known as the Kargil War.
“On Kargil Vijay Dewas, I bow to my martyrs and salute their bravery, courage and sacrifice. Our heroes fought in the most inaccessible area in the world and conquered the enemy. The valor, valor and supreme sacrifice of our soldiers will inspire generations.”
