LG Sinha Order IAS reshuffle; Yasha Mudgal, Sarmad Hafiz transferred among 7 officers

Srinagar, July 13 (KDC): Under the orders of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, the Jammu and Kashmir administration has issued a reshuffle of seven IAS officers, resulting in significant administrative changes in various departments.

Dr. Ashish Chandra Verma, IAS (Agmut: 1994), who was waiting for posting in the General Administration Department, has been appointed as Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Tourism Department. He will also put additional charge of the Administrative Secretary, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department till further orders.

Anil Kumar Singh, IAS (Agmut: 1995), Principal Secretary, Social Welfare Department, who also put the charge of Administrative Secretary, Mining Department, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Public Works (R&B) Department. According to the report by news agency Kashmir.com, it will continue the additional charge of the mining department.

Ms. Yasha Mudgal, IAS (Agmut: 2007), Commissioner/Secretary, has been transferred to the Department of Tourism and posted as Commissioner/Secretary, Youth Services and Sports Department.

Sarmad Hafeez, IAS (Agmut: 2009), Commissioner/Secretary, Youth Services and Sports Department have been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary, Social Welfare Department.

Talat Parvez Rohela, IAS (AGMUT: 2010), Secretary, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, have been posted as Chairman, Bureau of Public Enterprises, J&K.

Bhupinder Kumar, IAS (AGMUT: 2011), Secretary, Public Works (R&B) Department, which was also making allegations of Director/Civil Registration Director of Census Operations for Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh, in addition to the Director of Census Operations, Regent Commissioner, New Delhi, and Administrative Secretary, Atithyya and Relendor have been transferred to the Department And the Sarkar of Ande Delhi has been transferred to New Delhi. He will continue the allegations of Administrative Secretary, Hospitality and Protocol Department, and Director of Census Operations/Director of Civil Registration for Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh.

Anant Dwivedi, IAS (Agmut: 2021), Chief Executive Officer, State Health Agency, J&K, who is in charge of Mission Director, Ayushman Bharat Digital Health Mission, J&K, has been given additional responsibility as Additional Secretary, Revenue Department, until further orders. (KDC)
