The pop icon, born Stefani Joanna Angelina Germanotta, enjoyed an intimate dinner with boyfriend Michael Polansky, 46, and some friends dinner to celebrate her 38th birthday.

The relationship first made headlines in January 2020, when Gaga and Polanski shared a New Year’s kiss in Las Vegas.
