during an interview British GQThe 41-year-old actress revealed she has not been invited to return to the 2021 multiverse film, which stars Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield reprising their roles as Peter Parker.
“No, no. I would,” she shared when asked if she’d been contacted to star in the film.
“It would be interesting to say, okay, let’s take Toby as an example [Maguire] I did it in a weird independent way, like a different kind of superhero movie,” the actress continued.
“It’s like when they made that movie chronicle. That could be cool,” Dunst added, referring to the 2012 found footage thriller.
No way home A nostalgic treat for superhero fans, directed by Jon Watts; in addition to Maguire and Garfield, it features villains from their respective universes, including Willem Dafoe as the Green Goblin, Max Dillon as Jamie Foxx and Alfred Molina, who plays Doctor Octopus, also return to the big screen.
