King to attend Easter service at St George’s Chapel, Windsor

Buckingham Palace has announced that the King will attend Easter Morning Prayer at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle on Easter Sunday.

The Queen and other members of the royal family will also attend.

In February, he was pictured attending Sandringham church, but it was only now confirmed that he will attend the Easter service in Windsor.

The Queen received community faith leaders from across the UK at the palace today.

The event celebrated those taking part in the Windsor Leadership Trust programme, which organizers say encourages and supports dialogue, harmony and understanding at a time of heightened international tensions.
