King Charles, Prince Harry meeting canceled due to ‘a disagreement’

Prince Harry and King Charles may be far apart but the father-son duo won’t be found.

The Duke of Sussex is “very disappointed” that he will not be able to see his cancer-stricken father during his UK visit after the king reportedly said no.

Queen Camilla appears to be the reason for the cancellation of the meeting, a source was quoted as saying daily Express.

“Harry is obviously extremely disappointed that he has not been allowed to meet his father this time,” the source said.

“When you consider that the pair will be in the same city, at the same time and just a stone’s throw from each other, it becomes even more difficult to wrap your head around.”

Prince Harry is currently at St Paul’s Cathedral, just down the road from Buckingham Palace, where the monarch will hold a garden party.

Insiders revealed that the Sussex camp and the palace were working on a way to arrange a meeting, but a controversy arose over whether Queen Camilla would also accompany Charles when the meeting took place.

“There has been no discussion yet on whether there will be time to meet on the 8th or not,” the source said.

“Aides are adamant that if the meeting is held tomorrow at Buckingham Palace, the Queen will also be present, which could cause controversy.”
