Kardashian faces a lawsuit from the late artist Donald Judd’s foundation, accusing it of promoting fake furniture as Donald Judd originals.

“If you guys are furniture people, because I’ve been really into furniture lately,” she said in the video, which has been viewed 3.7 million times.

The video was removed after the lawsuit was filed Wednesday.
