Kate Middleton’s friends reveal how kids cope with cancer news

Kate Middleton found comfort in the company of her three children as she faced the “huge shock” of a cancer diagnosis.

The Princess of Wales revealed her health crisis in a video message last month, with an old family friend telling her she relied on Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5, to keep her spirits up. People Magazine.

“You’ll be heartened by the children’s extraordinary resilience,” they said. They added that the children were “the center” of Prince William and Kate’s world; they “repaid them with smiles.”

“It’s very important to play together as much as possible,” the source said. “Children are the center of their world.”

Kate reportedly waited until her children’s Easter break to reveal the news so the children wouldn’t have to face the classroom immediately and deal with the situation later.

“We now understand the logic of time – waiting for the kids to get out of school. She struck a perfect note,” royal biographer Sally Beadle-Smith told the outlet.

The friend added that Kate also relies on her “very reliable and strong” husband, which is why she “doesn’t feel isolated”.

The Prince and Princess of Wales skipped Sunday’s Easter services along with their children as they spent some time together coping with the health crisis.
