Kate Middleton takes fresh blow over questionable record over cancer video

Kate Middleton received a major hit from a photography agency after she released her cancer announcement video.

Getty Images added a disclaimer on its website to the video Kensington Palace provided them with last month.

It read: “Editor’s note: This handout clip was provided by a third-party organization and may not adhere to Getty Images’ editorial policies.”

The note endorsed the inauthenticity of Kate and Prince William’s representative, who was declared an “untrusted source” by AFP’s global news director following the Mother’s Day photo debacle.

For the uninitiated, the Princess of Wales sparked intense scrutiny of her whereabouts when she posted a photo with her children last month on the eve of Mother’s Day in the UK.

Internet sleuths soon noticed the photo had been altered after pointing out some inaccuracies and redacting the evidence, prompting the media outlet to retract the photo.

A day later, Kate took over editing duties and apologized for “any confusion caused by the family photos we shared yesterday.”

Later this month, she also shared a video message via the BBC revealing her diagnosis of an undisclosed cancer.
