J&K Studens Association dissolves the current body, announces elections to revive the organizational structure
Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Students Association has officially dissolved its current body with immediate effect as part of the widespread effort to restructure and revive its organizational structure. The decision comes ahead of the internal elections prescribed for July 3, which aims to enter various states and center areas under a dynamic, inclusive leadership.

During this transitional phase, Munwar Mehraj and Mushtaq Habib will lead the interim body until elections are held. He has been assigned to oversee day-to-day cases and address the concerns of students across the country. Additionally, they will represent the association in public and media busyness during this period.

Sheikh Azhar and Adil Bhat have been appointed as electoral supervisors and will oversee the entire election process. They are responsible for ensuring transparency, fairness and smooth conduct of elections to suit the democratic values ​​of the association.

The Danish loan has been appointed as an independent observer and head of the disciplinary committee of Jammu and Kashmir Students Association until the election process is completed. He would be responsible for maintaining discipline, ensuring adherence to the code of conduct, and will address any complaints arising during this transitional period. In addition, he will play an important role in maintaining the integrity of elections.

The association is committed to the installation of a strong, decentralized organizational structure. After the elections, new teams will be formed at the state, center region and national level, which will be to effectively meet the needs and aspirations of students in areas.

Interim leadership will ensure the smooth functioning of operations, continuous advocacy, skilled grievance redressal and active student engagement during this infection.
