JK Cement gives away Mahindra XUV 700 and Scorpio to 65 ‘top performers’

Cement maker JK Cement gives generous gifts to top-performing dealers

In a competitive workplace, companies are constantly looking for ways to recognize and reward their top performers. While bonuses and travel are common incentives, some organizations go a step further and give away cars to their best employees.

Recently, cement manufacturer JK Cement presented generous gifts to top-performing dealers. JK Cement has rewarded the top 65 dealers across the country by giving away Mahindra XUV and Scorpio.

The company awards cars in appreciation for their outstanding performance and contribution to the company’s development.

JK Cement’s generosity reflects its core principle of building strong and rewarding partnerships with its dealer network.

In 2018, billionaire diamond businessman Savji Dholakia of Surat, Gujarat distributed 600 cars to his company’s employees. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi handed out the keys to a brand new car to four employees, including a disabled woman, at a lavish event organized by the billionaire.

Posting a photo with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Facebook, the diamantaire said “around 1,700 diamond artists and engineers have been given these cars ‘as part of our employee loyalty bonus scheme’.”

In 2016, Mr Dholakia gifted 400 flats and 1,260 cars to employees as Diwali bonuses; in 2015, 491 cars and 200 flats were reportedly given as gifts. He skipped that tradition last year.

According to reports, the diamond businessman hails from Amreli in Saurashtra district of the state and started his business with a small loan from his uncle.
