The lawsuit alleges that after Epstein learned of Benski’s mother’s diagnosis, he used the situation to force the then-teen to recruit other girls for him. Epstein claimed to know the best surgeon in New York and offered to help Benski’s mother, but only if she complied with his demands. Epstein even threatened to stop providing treatment to Bensky’s mother if she didn’t meet his demands, the lawsuit says.

Over the next year, Epstein allegedly made various threats against Benski, forcing her to live a “cult-like life” controlled and manipulated by the convicted sex offender. The lawsuit involves Indyke and Kahn, claiming they were well aware of Epstein’s crimes and knowingly benefited from his illegal activities.

Indyk and Kahn, who are also executors of Epstein’s estate, have denied the accusations. Their lawyer, Daniel Weiner, called the accusations “baseless and legally meaningless” in a statement and claimed the pair had never been found guilty of any wrongdoing.
