Jackass star Bam Margera is MISSING AGAIN

Former Jackass star Bam Margera has apparently gone missing again, just days after threatening to kill himself if he didn’t see his son.

In a tweet on Sunday morning, Margera’s brother asked for the public’s help in finding the 43-year-old who is believed to be back in Los Angeles after being spotted in Pennsylvania on Saturday.

“If anyone in the LA area knows where Bam is currently located or a hotel where he is located, please contact the LAPD immediately,” Jess Margera urged.

He said he’s trying to get the police to ping Bam’s phone, but noted, “I don’t think we have that much time.”

Bam’s disappearance comes just days after he posted a rant on social media, saying his family and ex-wife were drinking him.

He then threatened to go down the boardwalk to smoke crack with the homeless until he dies or until he gets to see his son Phoenix, from whom he has been separated since March 29.

In the Instagram post on Thursday, Margera threatened to smoke crack until his ex-wife Nicole Boyd agreed to let him visit their son.

“This is an official message to everyone who cares about me,” Margera said.

“I haven’t seen Phoenix in two f****** months and I’m so f****** tired of it. I cry every day, I miss him so much and I know I have to wake up every day knowing that I probably won’t talk to him or see him.

“So yeah Nicki drives me to f****** drinking just like my f****** mom and so does my f****** pep talk dad telling me nothing but I’m a f****** ****** fat loser piece of shit drug addict.

“I’m gonna smoke crack with the bums on the boardwalk until I’m dead or unless you get me the goddamn Phoenix. So get to work Nicki or anyone else who wants to help. I want Phoenix.’

The last time Margera was in California on a personal visit and was not allowed to communicate with his child by phone or FaceTime, according to his attorney Peter W. Thompson.

His wife’s lawyer issued a statement about Margera’s video, urging the TV stuntman to stay sober.

‘Unfortunately, that’s not how addictions work. People’s behavior does not encourage others to drink. This is a typical defense mechanism, and it shows that Bam may not have learned much from treatment for his addiction in the past,” attorney David Glass said. TMZ.

“You have to take responsibility for your own actions. Nikki sincerely hopes that Bam can first achieve and then maintain sobriety, for his own good and for the good of their son.’

He has not seen Phoenix since March 29 during a personal visit in California and, according to his lawyer, is not allowed to communicate with the child by phone or FaceTime.

He has not seen Phoenix since March 29 during a personal visit in California and, according to his lawyer, is not allowed to communicate with the child by phone or FaceTime.

Margera split with Boyd in 2021 and went to court in September of that year to seek full custody of their son.

She filed for divorce in February due to irreconcilable differences and petitioned the court to award her $15,000 a month in child support, as well as legal and physical custody of their child.

In the documents, Boyd said Margera is allowed to see their child as long as he is supervised and he completes rehab for drug and alcohol problems.

But Margera has been trying to persuade the judge overseeing the divorce case to drop the case, while at the same time trying to move on to the next hearing, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

His lawyer told the outlet that Margera and Boyd had unsuccessfully tried to set up a routine where he would speak to his son via FaceTime, but it never worked out.

He said they find it “completely unreasonable” for Boyd not to record FaceTime or phone calls he made because it poses no danger to the child, TMZ reports.

Margera would also pay Boyd’s house and car expenses, and remains amenable to working out an arrangement with Boyd and her attorneys for any level of communication.

But the last time Margera saw his son, he was caught on camera arguing with Boyd at a restaurant in Burbank, California, about the time he spent with the kid.

The former Jackass star was seen arguing with Boyd in the clip and told her, “Phoenix has its own mind. Let him have his own opinion!’

And he was subsequently arrested for public intoxication in the aftermath of the incident.

In a statement, Boyd’s attorney David Glass cited Margera’s behavior as the reason for his son’s divorce.

“From Nikki’s perspective, Bam’s ongoing instability is what makes connecting between him and Phoenix difficult,” Glass said.

“But Nikki remains open to regular FaceTime communication, as long as Bam is not disturbed during the conversations, and as long as Bam doesn’t belittle Nikki during the conversations.”

Struggling with addiction, Margera has been in and out of rehab since 2009, and he escaped from court-ordered rehab more than three times last year.

Most recently, he fled the scene after getting into a fight with his brother outside his $1.1 million Pocopson Township castle, sparking a manhunt across Pennsylvania.

He turned himself in to authorities days later and was released on bail.

As part of the release, the Delco Daily Times reports that he was ordered not to have contact with his family.

Margera also had to undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and follow all recommended treatments.

The next scheduled hearing in Margera’s divorce case is scheduled for July 11.
