ISIS releases video of Moscow attack that killed more than 100 people

The Islamic State terror group released a purported photo and body camera footage of the attack, which the Islamic State in Khorasan (ISIS-K) claimed responsibility for. Russian President Vladimir Putin, meanwhile, vowed to “justly and unavoidably punish” the perpetrators, organizers and those who ordered the attack. “We will identify and punish every person who supports the terrorists who orchestrated this atrocity against Russia, against our people,” he said in an address to the nation on Saturday.
