iPhone SE 4 case renders hint at these design changes

According to reports, Apple’s fourth-generation iPhone SE is under development and is expected to be launched in 2025. We’ve heard countless rumors and leaks about the iPhone SE 4’s design. Recently, alleged renderings of the upcoming iPhone case have surfaced online. The clear protective case signals a radical change in design. The renders show a notch on the display to house the selfie camera and Face ID sensor. There is also a cutout for the single rear camera.

Leaker Majin Bu (@MajinBuOfficial) posted photos of the iPhone SE 4 case on X. The case shows off a larger screen with a notch for the selfie camera and Face ID sensor, similar to the iPhone 13. The phone may be the first in the SE series to skip Touch ID and home buttons.

Leaked cases reveal the iPhone SE 4 has a camera sensor on the back. This rumored 48-megapixel sensor comes with an LED flash and microphone. The design of the camera module is similar to the iPhone XR. The volume rocker is on the left side of the phone, with a cutout above it. This could house the rumored action button. The action button that replaces the silent switch is currently equipped on the latest iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.

iPhone SE 4 is expected to be officially launched as early as 2025. According to past reports, it will feature a 6.1-inch OLED panel. According to reports, BOE will provide an OLED display for the phone. It’s expected to feature Apple’s in-house 5G modem chip and include a USB Type-C port for charging. Its dimensions are 147.7×71.5×7.7mm.

iPhone SE (2022) was launched in March 2022 with a starting price of Rs. 43,900 for the base 64GB storage model.
