In keeping with Amul’s penchant for humor, the artwork was shared on the firm’s Instagram account and quickly went viral on social media, receiving praise from both fans and peers in the field.
The theme is also an example of the well-known national unity song “Mile Sur Mera Tumhara”, changing it to “Inka Sur Sabse Mila”.

About Piyush Pandey
Born in Jaipur in 1955, Piyush Pandey Has had a significant impact on Indian advertising. He started as a client-service executive at Ogilvy & Mather India in 1982 before transitioning to creative leadership and eventually rose to the position of executive chairman and chief creative officer.
Pandey reoriented the Indian advertising industry towards emotionally stirring stories based on regional idioms, indigenous languages and everyday Indian life, at a time when the industry was heavily influenced by English and Western sensibilities.
From Fevicol’s iconic advertisement “Egg and Chair” to Asian Paints’ “Har Khushi Mein Rang Laiye” and Cadbury’s Dairy Milk’s “Kuch Khaas Hai”, Pandey’s name appears in many landmark advertisements.
Additionally, he coined one of India’s most popular political phrases, “Ab ki baar, Modi Sarkar”, which resonated across the country during the 2014 elections.
Despite his fame, Pandey Remained grounded. He loved cricket and often compared advertising to a team sport. After a lifetime of telling soulful stories, Piyush and his brother, filmmaker Prasoon Pandey, were awarded the Cannes Lions Festival’s Lion of St. Mark in 2018, making them the first Asians to earn the honour.
