Srinagar, 08 July: The Haj Committee of India has invited online applications from pilgrims for Haj 2026.
According to a notification issued by the Chief Executive Officer, India’s HAJ Committee invites applications for HAJ-2026, which is available on the official website https://hajcommittee.gov.in and mobile application “HAJ Suvidha” (available for iPhone and Android equipment). The application window will open from 07 July 2025 to 31 July 2025 (11:59 pm).
It reads, applicants are strongly advised to read the guidelines and undertakings carefully before submitting their forms. Please note that a machine-elective Indian international passport is a condition for application. Passport should be issued on or before the closing date of the application and should be valid by at least by 31 December 2026.
The cancellation of death or pilgrimage of pilgrimage on any basis except for cases of disease will attract punishment and the applicant may suffer financial loss. Therefore, pilgrims are advised to apply only after paying attention to their preparations and commitment to make pilgrimage, it reads it.
