Defense Minister Rajnath Singh on Monday said the country’s defense exports have reached “unprecedented heights” and crossed the Rs 21,000-crore mark “for the first time” in the history of independent India.

The Union minister also said that India’s defense exports have reached the level of Rs 21,083 crore in the fiscal year 2023-24, which is an “amazing growth” of 32.5% over the previous fiscal year.
