Time for myself. I’m mostly in PJs and a messy unattractive mom bun so I can keep my hair out of my munchkin’s little grasping hands and so the thought of pout for a selfie is really on my mind. Doesn’t come off haha. The truth is it’s been some days that are incredibly hard. Being sleep deprived doesn’t help LOL.”

But we don’t talk about postpartum depression enough. It’s very is real. And it’s an incredibly isolating feeling. And I’m trying to take some time every day to make myself feel better. 30 minute workout and 5 minute shower post that really Works wonders. But sometimes I can’t manage it. So what I’m trying to say is that I’m back here working on showing you a glimpse of my new life.”

The actress signed off on the post with these words, “What I love so much – a lot of amazing things have happened to me and it’s been an emotionally overwhelming journey. I’m not one of those moms who hold back.” “Immediately. I’m being kind to myself and my body and getting myself stronger and healthier at my own pace. But I’m coming back. That’s it. Thanks for staying and reading.”
