Huawei P70 Art camera module renderings and specifications exposed

If recent leaks are to be believed, the Huawei P70, Huawei P70 Pro and Huawei P70 Art will be officially unveiled this month. Huawei has yet to reveal any details about the successor to the Huawei P60 series, but before that, some details about the Huawei P70 Art have leaked online. The latest leaks suggest that the phone will offer satellite communication capabilities. This will allow users to contact emergency services if they lose access to cellular or Wi-Fi networks. It is expected to come with a triple rear camera setup.

Tipster Topic (@RODENT950) release The Huawei P70 Art is said to show pictures of its camera module on the X. The camera module seems to have a slightly different design than its predecessor. It comes with three sensors and an LED flash, and displays the “XMAGE” branding.

Additionally, a Chinese whistleblower on Weibo claim The Huawei P70 Art will offer satellite communications capabilities, allowing users to access emergency services in areas without cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity. It is also said to be equipped with a Sony IMX989 1-inch sensor.

The Huawei P70 Art is expected to bring significant upgrades over last year’s Huawei P60 Art. The latter was launched in March last year with prices starting at CNY 8,988 (approximately Rs. 1,08,200) for the 512GB storage model.

Huawei P60 Art features a 6.7-inch LTPO OLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and is powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. It comes with a triple rear camera setup that includes two 48-megapixel sensors with OIS and a 40-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. It has a 13-megapixel sensor on the front for selfies and video calls. It comes with up to 1TB of storage space and offers an IP68-rated dustproof and waterproof construction. The phone is equipped with a 5,100mAh battery and supports 88W fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
