At a public meeting, Mr Sohu had said the six black snakes of the Congress party had betrayed their honor and tried to destabilize the state government, later likening them to shepherds moving from one place to another.
The nine MLAs include six Congress rebels Sudhir Sharma, Ravi Thakur, Rajinder Rana, Inder Dutt Lakhanpal, Chetaniya… Sharma and Devinder Kumar Bhutto, and three independents Ashish Sharma, Hoshiar Singh and KL Thakur.
MLAs asked Suhu to clarify that during his official visit to Chandigarh, he stayed in a five-star hotel instead of his assigned room at Himachal Bhawan.
They questioned the reason behind sending the security guard back from the five-star hotel and asked him to tell the public about his hidden agenda.
They say MLAs feel suffocated and humiliated in the government because the chief minister prefers his friends to others and the circle of friends dominates MLAs.
The people of the state are also well aware of what “cabinet-level friends” have done in this administration and how much spoil they have created, the statement added.
