Hand Essel to visit India, Turkish stars to attend Mumbai Film Festival with Rani Mukerji

The 24th edition of “FICCI Frames”, Asia’s pinnacle event for the media and entertainment industry, is scheduled to be held in Mumbai from March 5 to 7, 2024. Among them, Turkish superstar Hande Esser will also visit India to participate in the film festival. She will share the screen with Indian actress Rani Mukherjee. Interestingly, Turkish heartthrob Burak Deniz also captivated audiences with his appearance on Frames last year.

Hande Ercel is a popular Turkish actress known for TV series such as “Sen Çal Kapimi”, “Halka”, “Love Is In The Air” and “Lovebird”.

The theme of FICCI Frames 2024 is ‘RRR: Reflections, Realities and Ways Ahead’ which will set the stage for discussion and exploration of the changing landscape of the media and entertainment industry. Apart from Hande and Rani, esteemed filmmakers Anand L Rai and Anubhav Sinha, as well as the dynamic duo Raj & DK and a host of Indian actors will also be participating in various sessions. Ayushmann Khurrana will also be a part of this mega show.

The three-day event will also witness the presence of Arjun Nohwar, Warner Bros. Discovery; Ajay Bijli, Managing Director, PVR INOX; Apoorva Mehta, CEO, Dharma Productions, Filmmaker Ekta Kapoor; Akshaye Widhani, CEO, Yashraj Films Officer; Sushant Sreeram, Director, Amazon Prime Video; Monika Shergill, Vice President, Content, Netflix India; Sandhya Devanathan, Vice President and General Manager, Meta India; Danish Khan, Business Head, SonyLiv and Studio Next; Amish Tripathi, renowned author; Irina Goss (Irina Ghose), Managing Director, Microsoft. FICCI General Secretary SK Pathak will also be present along with Kevin Vaz, Chairman, FICCI Media and Entertainment Committee and CEO, Viacom 18 Media Pvt.Ltd.

Additionally, officials from the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Delhi, Assam, Telangana and Jharkhand and representatives from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting will also participate in the event.

This year, a Spanish delegation was specially invited to participate, further enhancing the international appeal of the event.
