In a major development in the Noida rave case, police officials have now revealed that the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) report found cobra and krait venom in samples seized from the party. Late last year, the police filed an FIR against OTT 2 winner Bigg Boss after his name surfaced at a rave where snakes and venom were allegedly found. Later, politician and animal rights activist Maneka Gandhi accused the YouTuber of supplying snake venom to a rave party in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Elvish was recently stopped at a checkpoint in Kota, Rajasthan, in connection with the case, but was later released.

Elvish was also questioned on November 7, 2023 in connection with this case. Yadav claimed during interrogation that the snake at the alleged rave party in Noida was provided by singer Fazil Priya. A video of the YouTuber holding a snake has also gone viral on social media. However, Fazil Priya later clarified that the viral video was from one of his album shoots.

“The reason my name came up is because a video went viral of Elvish with a snake hanging around his neck. Maybe the police asked him about it and he might have told them it was a Fazil Bhai album shoot ‘s,” Fazilpuria told India Today.

“Actually, I posted a video two days ago, and I said in the video that this video was shot for my album. It has nothing to do with any rave party. Apart from Elvish, the video also included many people from Haryana singer. It was shot in my village Fazilpur, Gurgaon. There is a building there where a whole set of equipment is installed. The song ’32 Bore’ was released six months ago,” the singer added .

Later, Elvish released a video to clarify, claiming that all the accusations against him were baseless and lacked evidence. “Maine subah utha aur dekha kaise kaise news phail rahi hai mere khilaaf media mein. Jitne arop mere upar lage hai sab bebuniyad hai, fake hai aur ek% bhi mein sachhai hai nehi hai,” he said, further threatening to Maneka Gandhi files defamation suit.
