Gaza death toll tops 28,000: Ministry of Health

The health ministry in the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip said on Saturday that at least 28,064 people have been killed in the besieged area in the war between Palestinian agents and Israel.

A foreign ministry statement said the latest tally included 117 deaths in the past 24 hours and a total of 67,611 people injured in Gaza since the war broke out on October 7.
