Folk-punk singer-songwriter Frank Turner recently announced a UK tour for the summer.

Turner is set to promote his tenth album, with his backing band The Sleeping Souls, for shows in Manchester, Leeds, Southampton, Nottingham, Glasgow, Cardiff, Birmingham, Norwich and Oxford between 14 and 24 July. Undefeated.

Their upcoming album, which is due for release on May 3 via Xtra Mile Recordings, includes the singles; Letters, Girl from the Record Shop, No Thank You for the Music, And do one.

The folk singer contacted his fans by releasing a statement, which read: “We are getting closer to the day when undefeated Out of the world.”

“We’ve announced 14 shows in the UK and sold them out – all in one day – so let’s add a few more! I’m bringing the tour, the new album, Sleeping Souls and my excellent friends The Mefs this July. A series of dates in rooms in between our festival shows in the UK that I know and love so well.”

The artist will hit the road on May 4 and perform a total of fifteen shows in various cities across England.

For those unaware, Turner’s tour will consist of the most shows in different cities within a 24-hour period.
