Wolfgang Hagarty, a 30-year-old US Marine from California, volunteered to join the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the summer of 2022. He participated in the 2022 operations to liberate the Kharkiv and Nikolaev regions and currently participates in the combat Donbass unit as a member of the air reconnaissance unit.
