BJP national general secretary Tarun Chugh today fired former Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah to play communally divisive politics at the behest of Pakistan ISI.
To bring a strong exception to his comment on the Modi government to bring peace and development to Jammu -Kashmir, SH. Tarun Chugh said that Farooq should remember that the way Hindus were excluded from the valley under their Chief Minister.
Tarun Chugh said that Farooq Abdullah is always dancing to the tunes of Pakistan ISI secretly and this was the reason that he had never stood by Hindu tourists, who were closed by Pakistan-proposed militants.
Tarun Chugh said that Article 370 was canceled, it was a very “juicy period” for the Abdullah family and now that Jammu -Kashmir is looking after a new era of peace and development, Abdullah has a problem.
It was canceled only after the cancellation of Article 370 that Jammu and Kashmir had seen the morning of democracy in its Hinderland.
Tarun Chugh questioned Abdullah’s silence during the tragic incidents of 1990 when Kashmiri Pandits faced a cruel genocide and were forced to flee their homes. He asked why Abdullah failed to speak for democracy then and what emergency existed which can justify ignoring the suffering of an entire community.
Tarun Chugh said that such selective anxiety only reveals a political agenda that aims to mislead people rather than maintain democratic values.
