Family Man’s Sharib Hashmi pays tribute to wife Nasreen on Valentine’s Day

Sharib Hashmi, known for her performances in Tara and The Family Man, seems to be getting the Valentine’s Day enthusiasm too. But the actor didn’t simply make a wish and let the day pass. He decided to make a special memory for his wife, looking back at the first days of their relationship. Sharib’s wife Nasreen survived the incident after being diagnosed with oral cancer. Sharib Hashmi wrote in his special Valentine’s Day post, “We are Rose day. Par woh day Roz ki tarah nahin tha. Kyunki us Roz mera Rose is Rose ne qubool kiya tha. Aur ban gayi thi apan ki Valentine Happy Valentine’s Day , Nasreen Hashmi.” He shared an old photo of himself and Nasreen, both smiling at the camera.

His fans are excited to see his pure love story. One of them said: “Wo ROSE har roj aaye aap dono k jewan mai…” while another said: “kya baat hai Sirji God bless you both! Stay happy and healthy always!”

Sharib Hashmi had earlier opened up about the stage at which his wife was diagnosed with oral cancer. In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, Sharib said that his wife was first diagnosed in 2018, but just when she was going through a difficult time, he started receiving offers for important positions. One of them is The Family Man. Sharibu explains that this is the universe’s way of balancing the scales, as the family experiences both lows and highs at the same time. Sharing his wife’s struggles, he said, “I’ve never seen anyone with such a strong will.”

Sharibu said that his wife has always been by his side during the difficult stages of his life. He said: “It was my wife Nasreen who supported me and stood by me. She told me, ‘If this is what you want to do in life, then I am with you. “She quit her job when our son was born. But when we depleted all our savings, she went back to work to support our family. She juggled work and family. Hats off to her.”
