Eva Mendes is ‘very happy’ with Ryan Gosling’s Cuban accent

Eva Mendes might fall in love with Ryan Gosling all over again just because of his Cuban accent “Not Tonight” saturday night live sketch.

Gosling co-stars in the sketch with Marcelo Hernandez, playing two men trying to convince their friend Keenan Thompson to date them.

“Conio! My Cuban dad made my Cuban mom so happy! All the years spent with my dad paid off,” Mendes wrote on Instagram, sharing a video of the sketch in the post.

Mendes, who is of Cuban descent and has a close relationship with Gosling, attributes Gosling’s beautiful accent to her father.

Gosling and Hernandez sported fluent Cuban accents in the sketch, which had a waitress played by Sarah Sherman asking where the three were from.

Thompson explained his character, “I’m Dominican, he’s Cuban [Hernández]and him [Gosling] Originally from Tennessee, but since he married a Cuban woman, he has never been the same. “
