Easter weather: Met Office warns rain could adversely affect four-day weekend

Forecasters have warned that rain could affect the plans of millions of Britons over the upcoming four-day Easter weekend.

Experts say the weather is likely to be “unstable with showers or showers” in most areas this weekend.

The RAC said journeys on popular routes could be twice as long as usual as the bank holiday weekend causes many schools to close for a two-week holiday.
