DWP has revealed the deadline for thousands of benefits contenders

Department of Work and Pension (DWP) has provided a new update for tens of thousands Profit contender Still due to payment of compensation this year.

The repayment scheme follows two decisions by the High Court between 2018 and 2019, which found that the government failed to ensure that the benefits of the affected claimants were not reduced when they had infected. “We are clear that such errors should not happen and action has already been taken to avoid future errors.”

Eligibility

To be eligible for compensation, a claimant must be received (or was received earlier) Universal loan It contains a transitional SDP, or would have done, it was not erased.

Pay rates
