A second suspect has been charged in connection with a murder investigation into the death of a Dundee man.
Steven Hutton, 43, was found seriously injured at a property in the city’s Charleston Road on Saturday night.
Mr Hutton was taken to Ninewells Hospital where he died on Sunday.
police Scotland said his family requested “privacy at this difficult time.”
Police added Hutton’s death was being treated as a homicide following a post-mortem examination and an “extensive investigation” was underway to establish the full circumstances.
Another man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death, police said in an update on Wednesday.
The 39-year-old suspect is due to appear at Dundee Magistrates Court today.

Murray, from Dundee, did not enter a plea and was remanded in custody until his next court appearance.
