Kate Middleton, who is undergoing preventive chemotherapy for an undisclosed type of cancer, has broken her silence for the first time since her emotional video statement.

King Charles III’s beloved daughter-in-law surprised fans with a thank-you card after receiving news of her wishing for a speedy recovery.

The Princess of Wales delighted fans over the weekend when she responded to a royal fan’s well wishes with a thank-you card, and William and Kate were touched by the well-wishes from fans, friends and relatives.

Now, Kate’s excited fans have taken to social media to share the sweet story of how she received a “thank you” card from Kensington Palace, the office responsible for the Prince and Princess of Wales.

The royal fan was overjoyed after receiving a letter from the future queen, adding that she received the letter from Kensington Palace last Saturday (April 6) and joking that her husband thought it might is an invitation to the royal garden party.

The user added: “I received this beautiful thank you today and I can honestly say I will cherish it for the rest of my life.

“Kensington Palace on the back of the envelope lol Hubby thought he was going to have to put on a suit and go to the garden party (silly of him) but he was as blown away as I was when he received this beautiful and precious card. The future queen announced the shocking news of her diagnosis last month, revealing she discovered the cancer through post-operative tests after undergoing major abdominal surgery in January, which at the time was thought to be non-cancerous.

Prince William and Kate Middleton expressed their gratitude to the public for their outpouring of support after Catherine’s cancer diagnosis was revealed.
