Srinagar, June 03, KDC: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Vijay Kumar Bidhuri on Tuesday extended his hot reception to the people on the occasion of Urs Mubarak of Mela Mata Kheer Bhat and Hazrat Mir Syed Ali Hamdani, which was also recovered as Shah-e-Hamdan (Ra).
