Disgusting update on illegal immigrant beheading motel manager in Texas

Web Desk, 04/12/202504/12/2025

Three months ago, I brought you the harrowing story of an illegal immigrant who (allegedly?) decapitated a motel manager in Texas.

Just cut off the head immediately and then kicked it and threw it down the road towards the dustbin.

Subhuman type of behavior.

In case you missed it, here’s the full report:

By the way, I never understood why it’s called beheading and not beheading?

Doesn’t decapitation seem more accurate?

Anyway, I digress…back to the court case.

So surely this despicable human being will face the death penalty, right?

Ummm, no.

No, it turns out that prosecutors (funded by Soros?) have taken the death penalty off the table:

🚨🇺🇸 Illegal alien in Texas beheads his boss in front of wife and child: Soros-funded da says, “No, there’s no death penalty for this”

local fox4 Explains:

The state will not seek the death penalty against a man accused of decapitating his co-worker in a Dallas motel.

Yordanis Cabos-Martinez made his first court appearance Thursday morning at the Frank Crowley Courthouse.

The Cuban native reportedly got into an argument with his co-worker, Chandra “Bob” Nagamallaiah, on September 10. Police said Cabos-Martinez decapitated Nagamalliah as Nagamalliah’s family watched in horror.

Her hands were bound around her waist and she was wearing a gray jail jumpsuit when deputies brought her into Judge Leila May’s courtroom.

What they are saying:
Prosecutor Julie Johnson told the court that the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office does not intend to prosecute this as a death penalty case.

He said, “Based on our investigation and my conversations, the State of Texas is not seeking the death penalty. But we reserve the right to change our mind if anything comes to light.”

This is not surprising, especially in a case where the person being sued is not a US citizen.

Second aspect:
Court-appointed defense attorney Lalan “Clipper” Peel told the judge he needed to know for sure whether his client would face a final punishment.

Peel said that proceeding as if it is a death penalty case means securing experts and an extensive investigation that includes traveling to Cuba where Cobos-Martinez grew up, as well as other places such as California where he lived before moving to Texas.

Now let’s see if this DA is “Soros-funded” as many have alleged.

From Grok:

No, there is no evidence that Dallas prosecutor Julie Johnson has been funded in any way by George Soros or his organizations. Johnson serves as an Assistant District Attorney in the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office under John Creuzot, who has received significant campaign funding from Soros-backed PACs (such as the Texas Justice & Public Safety PAC, which received over $1 million from Soros to support Creuzot’s re-election in 2022).

However, Johnson himself is not an elected official and has no public campaign finance records linked to Soros’ donations. Johnson, a civil litigator and former Texas State Representative (2019–2025), won election to the US House (Texas District 32) in November 2024. His congressional campaign raised more than $1 million in 2023–2024, primarily from lawyers, law firms, and ideological/single-issue PACs (for example, $36,510 from the American Israel Public Affairs Committee), but none from Soros or his entities, according to federal disclosure records.

Soros donated $8.8 million to various Texas Democratic causes (for example, county parties and voter turnout efforts) in 2024, but it did not flow to Johnson’s campaign.

September has certainly gotten off to a terrible start.

I’m sorry to be the bearer of difficult news, but don’t blame the messenger!

Also, I must once again give you my graphic warning: viewer discretion advised. Don’t watch this video if you don’t want to see a severed head rolling into a parking lot. Don’t scroll any further!

Ok?

Ok.

This is a real event that just happened in Texas and it’s almost impossible to believe that it happened.

Quick summary of the facts:

The post references the beheading of an illegal immigrant suspect in a Dallas motel on September 10, 2025. This was confirmed by a report by CBS Texas, which detailed a knife attack captured on video, which challenges the narrative of low crime rates among immigrants with this violent aspect.

Data from the Cato Institute (2024) indicate that illegal immigrants in Texas are 26% less likely to be convicted of murder than native-born Americans. This suggests that this phenomenon is statistically rare, although such high-profile cases continue to fuel the immigration enforcement debate.

Court documents show suspect Cobos-Martinez had an immigration hold. This highlights ongoing tensions in US immigration policy, particularly as crime rates in Dallas have dropped by 3% per SpotCrime per month, yet violent incidents still generate public concern.

And more information from the local CBS News In Dallas:

Editor’s note: This story contains graphic details of an alleged murder.

An arrest affidavit released Thursday revealed gruesome new details about the beheading of a Dallas motel manager Wednesday morning.

In a sworn statement to a Dallas County Magistrate Judge, DPD detectives said the suspect, 37-year-old Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, was involved in an argument with the victim, 50-year-old Chandra Nagamalliah, on Wednesday morning.

Both men worked at the Downtown Suites Motel on Samuel Boulevard, east of downtown. A witness, another motel employee, told police that she was cleaning a room with Cobos-Martinez when Nagamalaiah came over to tell them not to use the broken washing machine.

The witness told police that Cobos-Martinez had become angry with Nagamallaiah that the witness had “interpreted the communication rather than having a conversation”. [Cobos-Martinez] “Straight.”

Police say video evidence shows Cobos-Martinez walk out of the room, pull out a knife and begin attacking Nagamalliah. The victim, still under attack, ran screaming towards the motel office, where his wife and son were located.

An anonymous witness told CBS Texas; He saw the entire incident happening.

“He followed him from 108 to the office. The man was trying to get to the office to tell his family,” the witness said.

Police said Nagamalliah’s wife and son tried to intervene several times, but Cobos-Martinez pushed them away and continued the attack. Police said Cobos-Martinez then took Nagamalliah’s cell phone and key card from his pocket before resuming the attack until Nagamalliah’s head was “removed from his body”.

“The suspect kicked again [Nagamallaiah’s] Went out into the parking lot twice and picked it up, took it to the trash can and put it inside,” the detective wrote.

Oh yes, how good.
