A legal expert has warned that an “impossible guilty plea” could see “Diddy” Sean Combs face sex trafficking charges, a charge that carries a minimum prison sentence of 10 to 15 years.
Attorney Naema Rehmani, who has no connection to the case, told CNN US Weekly Combs was arrested on Tuesday, March 26, after potentially facing a series of sex trafficking charges in the coming days.
“Under federal law, if someone is convicted of one count of sex trafficking, the minimum sentence is 10 or 15 years in prison. A judge cannot impose a lower sentence on each count based on the age of the victim,” she said. .
Speaking about the possibility of the arrest of 54-year-old Combs, also known as P Diddy, Rahmani expressed her thoughts: “If Diddy is arrested in the next few days or weeks and he will have to I would not be surprised to face these accusations. ”
