Demi Moore admits Tom Cruise was “a little weird” about her being pregnant while the pair were preparing for shooting Some good men.

Speaking at Saturday’s Q&A for The New Yorker Festival, the 62-year-old actor reminisced about his eight months pregnant When he started reading lines for the film with 63-year-old Cruise.
“I think Tom was quite embarrassed,” Moore – who was pregnant with her second child, Scout Willis at the time – recalled, according to People“Actually I felt okay about it. Although, I was messing around, wasn’t I? But I could tell she thought it was a little weird.”

Moore explained that at the time, it was very rare to have a pregnant actress on set. She also admitted that she may have pushed herself too far in an attempt to prove that she could handle motherhood and her career at that time.
“I look back at that time now and think, ‘What the fuck was I thinking?’ And what was I trying to prove? But it did not get as much support as it does today. Substance Starr said. “You know, breastfeeding and then stopping and rehearsing a scene.”
She said that she went to great lengths to get in peak physical condition for the film just before giving birth.
“I was going to be in a military uniform, and probably anticipated too much, and I started working out and trying to get in shape before she was born,” Moore said.
“The day my water broke, I did a two-and-a-half-hour walk. I did a 24-mile bike ride, and then went dancing at a reggae club — hence why she came two and a half weeks early.”
