Earlier this month, the Delhi High Court took a serious view, rejecting Shabir Ahmed Shah’s bail plea. The court said that there are huge evidence, and the charges against him appear to be Prima Feshi to come true.
The court also said that there are 24 FIRs against Shah of a similar nature. As the chairman of JKDPF, indulgence in illegal activities cannot be rejected.
The Division Bench said, “Unnecessary, allegations for the state have been implicated by the trial court, and for the purpose of postponing the regular bail plea, it is the right basis to assume that the charges against the appellant (Shabir Ahmed Shah) are seen to be true to Prima Facial.” (Annie
