A few days before the Republic Day celebrations, a threatening call was received at the reservation office of SpiceJet airline in Indira Gandhi, Delhi.

The news of a bomb being planted in a flight coming from Darbhanga, Bihar has come to light at the International (IGI) Airport on Wednesday.

Therefore, after receiving the call, the flight landed in Delhi and all the passengers were deboarded safely.

After this, flight SG8946 from Darbhanga to Delhi was shifted to the isolation bay.

Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) teams checked the luggage of the passengers. The bomb disposal squad also reached the spot and searched the spot but nothing was found.

Meanwhile, security has been tightened at the airport. The threatening call came when the flight was about to land at Delhi airport.
