Kupwara, July 09, KDC: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Ayushi Sudan today made a comprehensive tour of the border area Machil to inspect various ongoing developmental projects.
During the journey, DC inspected the ongoing construction of Ring Payan-Ring Bala Road. He influenced the R&B officials to complete the road within the stipulated time limit so that the local people could get benefits with better road connectivity.
He also inspected the 400 feet road wall constructed by the Rural Development Department in Ring Payan.
DC also paid the visit to Primary Health Center Doody and inspected the functioning of the hospital. He insisted on working with enthusiasm and dedication to doctors and hospital staff to meet the needs of this distant flow area so that people would not face any inconvenience in obtaining proper healthcare.
He directed the concerned for the installation of already approved solar system to provide backward -free power to the health center.
DC also visited the Government Higher Secondary School Ring Payan and HSS Doody and interacted with the school principals and employees of these schools. He inspected schools classes, library, laboratory and other facilities.
He also inquired by the students about the results of the board, subject specific faculty and the use of library, laboratory and other equipment.
During the day -long visit, DC met several public delegations, who apprised them of their development issues related to road connectivity, water supply, electricity etc. He listened to them patiently and resolved various issues on the spot.
DC was accompanied by Chief Medical Officer Kupwara, Chief Planning Officer, Executive Engineer R&B Division Lolb and other concerned officials. (KDC)
