The “Fifty Shades of Grey” star admitted, “I haven’t actually seen the movie yet. I probably won’t. I don’t know when I’m going to see it. One day.” Johansson further candidly admitted that she Has a habit of not watching her own movies, explaining that doing so might trigger an existential crisis for her. The actress emphasized that not watching her own work is a form of self-care for her.

While Dakota Johnson hasn’t seen Mrs. Webber yet, she probably hasn’t seen any of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) movies at all. In a previous interview with MTV, when the actress was asked about the three MCU movies starring Tom Holland as Spider-Man, Johansson gave vague answers and humorously invented fictional titles for the films.

She said: “Spider-Man: Here He Comes…Here Comes. This is the first one. Spider-Man: He’s Back, then another one, and the last one is Spider-Man’s Goblet. Harry Spider-Man and the Holy Grail of Mankind” .”

Dakota Johnson stars as Cassandra Webb, also known as Mrs. Webb, in the Marvel movies. Cassandra started out as a paramedic and gained psychic abilities after a near-death experience, allowing her to see future events. Her character first appeared in comic books in 1980’s The Amazing Spider-Man, where she was initially depicted as an elderly woman with myasthenia gravis and a life support system resembling a spider’s web. In the movie, Johnson plays a younger version of the character, telling a fresh origin story. The storyline also involves her channeling her psychic abilities to Julia Carpenter (played by Sidney Sweeney, who plays Spider-Woman in the Sony film).

In addition to Johnson and Sweeney, the cast includes Isabella Merced, Emma Roberts, Celeste O’Connor, Adam Scott, Tahar Rahim, Mike Epps and Zosia Mamet. The film is directed by director SJ Clarkson, best known for her work on the award-winning series Succession.
