“Just like in football, you cannot win if the players compromise, just like your chief minister compromises. He only attacks my brother (Rahul Gandhi) and the Congress party. He will not attack India People’s Party.

“Have you ever thought? His name has appeared in so many scams – Mission Life, gold smuggling, many others – but why the BJP government never registered a case against him, never raided him and took no action Any action taken against him?” Ms Gandhi said.

She was addressing a poll rally in Pathanamthitta Lok Sabha constituency to cast her vote for Congress candidate Anto Antony. The statement came hours after Mr Vijayan exposed the DLF’s links with Robert Vadra and targeted Vadra’s wife Priyanka Gandhi. Targeting her, the Chief Minister of Kerala mentioned the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) raid on a private company, DLF.
