Kelsea Ballerini delights fans with a reworked version of her debut song If you love me, treat it as if you are sincere at the 2024 CMT Awards gala.

The country singer hosted the awards show and mesmerized attendees by performing her hit songs.

“You guys, I really can’t believe it’s been 10 years. This is crazy,” Kelsey said during the performance, wearing a sparkly gold jumpsuit, black leggings and heels.

It is worth mentioning here that the musician released a new version of the 2014 hit single on April 5.

Kelsey said on Instagram that she wanted to celebrate “the beginning of her career” by releasing a “reimagined” version of her first song.

She writes, “Ten years ago, I was twenty, naive, optimistic, and absolutely relentless in putting my music out into the world.”

The Peter Pan singer added, “I’m proud to say that nothing has changed… except for this incredibly beautiful journey of a decade where we’ve shared a time filled with touring and singing together, triumphs and defeats, and growing up together. .”

Kelsey continued, “So, before we get into new music (yes, I swear it’s coming) I want to celebrate the start of new music with you.”

“The song that started it all, love me just like you said (Reimagined Ten Years Later) will be released tomorrow night at midnight,” the singer shared.
