The Supreme Court on Monday (February 5) came down heavily on the presiding officer who conducted the Chandigarh mayoral election, saying: “It is clear that he tainted the ballot papers. “Is this how he conducted the election? ?This is a travesty of democracy. This is murder of democracy.”
