The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has recalled several brands of salutes and sopresta due to possible Salmonella contamination.
Now recall affects 67 types of daily meats sold under various brands: Bona, Cosmo’s smoked meat, Imperial meat, Luke’s European Meet Paneer and Eats, Marini Salumi, Naturisimo, P & E Foods, Ri, Spasiaal Foods, Tij Meets, Tij Meets, Tij Meets, Ti Meet, and Vinsh’s misuse. Meat.
Products were sold or distributed in British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Cubek and Suskechewan.

Canada’s Public Health Agency says July 15, 86 people have become ill, including 67 in Alberta and 17 in Ontario. While no death has occurred, nine people have been admitted to the hospital as it was remembered.
The federal health agency said that most of the people fell ill after eating salutes in the prepared sandwich or purchased from daily counters.
Salmonella is a food borne bacterial disease that can spread several days or weeks after a person is infected, even if they do not have symptoms.
This can be serious and potentially fatal infections especially for children, pregnant people, elderly and people with weak immune systems.
Healthy people may experience short -term symptoms such as fever, headache, vomiting, nausea, cramps and diarrhea.
