Budgam police chief attaches the qualities of Pakistan -based terrorist handler in the rift

Budgam 16 July, KDC: In a large crack on terrorist operators and their support structures, the Budgam Police has attached three properties related to Pakistan -based terrorist handlers (JKNOP), which is located in the presence of the concerned Executive Magistrate.

Case FIR No. 58/2024 U/S7/25 Action was taken in relation to the Indian Arms Act, 18, 20, 23, 23 Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA), and UAPA UAPA was started under the proceedings.

The attached properties belong to the following accused individuals who are currently running from across the border: .Manzoor Ahmed Chopan @ RayeEs S/O GH. Mohi-ud-Din Chopan, R/O Harwani Khansahib (Budgam under Village Harwani Khansahib, Khasra No. 763), Mohammad Yusuf Malik @ Molvi S/O Double-Majila residential residential house in the premises of Molvi S/O AB. Rahm Malik, R/O Cheva Budgam (Double-Manila residential house with 05 kanal, 13 Marlus land in village Chuwa Budgam under Khasra No. 151) and Bilal Ahmed Wani @ Umar

S/O gh. Ahmed Wani, R/O Nagbal Khag (Khag An -Khasara Nos 1093 and 19.5 Marlus Land located in 1094).

These terrorist handlers working from Pakistan have been actively orchestrating and facilitating terrorist activities in the region for many years. The attachment to their properties is a part of the ongoing efforts to eliminate logistics, financial and operational networks and their cross-border sponsors of terrorist organizations. This decisive step sends a strong message to those involved in anti-national activities who will invite strict legal results from such tasks. ,

The Budgam Police Repeins its commitment to maintain the rule of the law and ensures that no person or network is allowed to endanger the peace and security of the region.
