Buckingham Palace ‘unimpressed’ by Meghan Markle’s money-making career

Meghan Markle is believed to have caused fury within the palace after launching a new luxury brand.

The Duchess of Sussex’s latest venture, American Riviera Orchards, has had a “soft launch” in recent weeks with the intention of selling everything from cosmetics to yoga mats and even dog food.

While Meghan expects her efforts to bring huge financial gains, a royal expert claims the development has not been welcomed by the royal family.

Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, royal expert and author Tom Quinn explained: “Like many Americans, Meghan cannot understand how anyone could think making money from a relationship is a bad thing.

“Kensington Palace has complaints about Meghan’s new website – despite their modernization, the character family still doesn’t like what they see as a dirty way to make money, and it appears to Kensington Palace that Meghan plans to sell the kitchen And the fact that the cooking equipment was filthy.”

Quinn also noted that Meghan’s launch of the new brand comes at a time when King Charles continues to undergo cancer treatment and shortly after the Princess of Wales gave an update on her health. He commented: “The emergence of new brands will not come as a surprise, in fact I have spoken to some people who are surprised that something like this did not happen sooner.

Meghan “soft-launched” her new lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard earlier this month and has already gained more than 570,000 followers.

It’s been suggested Megan’s may hit six-figure sales in the first few weeks of its launch at American Riviera Orchards, but it hasn’t been revealed when the product will be available.
